Wattle Creek - Alexander Valley Vineyard

Wattle Creek Winery's diverse wine portfolio is a result of the bounty of two exceptional vineyards.. Alexander Valley in Sonoma County and Yorkville Highlands in Mendocino County.

Alexander Valley was named Wine Region of 2006 by Wine Enthusiast Magazine, due to the diversity of the region and the varietal quality, particularly that of Cabernet Sauvignon. Alexander Valley was one of five nominees and the only Viticultural area to represent the United States.

Yorkville Highlands is one of California's most exciting viticultural areas. The vast majority of the appellation is planted on a continuous string of bench land between 1,000 and 2,000 feet in elevation. This appellation is strongly influenced by the cool ocean breezes of the nearby Pacific Ocean.
